The personal information collected is hosted by our IT service and data hosting provider. Please note that our supplier may store this data on servers located outside of Quebec. In such a case, your personal information is subject to compliance with the privacy laws of the province and/or country in which such data is located.

Limited time: We only retain personal information for as long as necessary for legitimate business purposes or as required by legal and regulatory requirements. For each category of information, a retention plan is established. The company systematically destroys personal information that no longer needs to be retained. Thus, the data retention time is considered and documented.

Secure deletion: When personal information is no longer necessary, we delete it permanently and securely.



The company uses anonymous profiling. Therefore, when you visit our website, certain data may be collected such as location for statistical purposes, but this profiling is done anonymously and can be deactivated by the user at any time.



At any time, you have the right to request access to your personal information or to have it corrected, unless the law allows you to refuse access in whole or in part depending on the circumstances.
